Lovely lady but not for me
Spoke to Caroline, she spent most of the time talking, didn't get any chance to ask any questions. Completely told me the opposite of what others have said and in fact made it seem like I was insecure when it is the other person that I wanted to know about, that's insecure!
Don't think I'll speak to her again. But a lovely lady all the same.

Caroline answered a text message with lovely presenter Charlotte on Sunday 22/04/2012 when I asked for something positive as 3 people in my current science lab are making my life a misery and I asked when I new job will come in for me.
Caroline knew how I was feeling and stated the reason why I needed to be in my current workplace. That I need to learn how to control the situation and not be controlled by the situtation. She said that these 3 women enjoyed seeing my distress and are playing on my vulnerability and I should stop showing my emotions in front of them at least.
Caroline also said things will get better in the next three months and I will be more of a teamplayer than feeling like an outsider.
This may not be the case as the Senior S.O is making a formal complaint to HR about my work.
However, I've got and getting more evidence to refute these allegations plus they have done the same type of thing to two others. I think S.O and the others L.B and S.B need to be stopped. Perhaps this is why I am here to fight back!
Caroline said that the new job will come in naturally within 3 months. I just hope my health and sanity can last that long as this situation is draining and has taken a toll on my health.
